I am a Dietitian-Nutritionist, graduate of<span style=\"color: #090938;\"> <a style=\"color: #090938;\" href=\"https:\/\/nutr.ihu.gr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Department of Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics<\/a> <\/span>at <span style=\"color: #090938;\"><a style=\"color: #090938;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ihu.gr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the International Hellenic Univerity (IHU)<\/a>. <\/span>You can find me in \u200b\u200bImathia in Greece, where I maintain my office providing diet services since 2018.<\/p><p>In 2020 I've started my Master's degree in the postgraduate program of Nutritional Sciences &amp; Dietetics of IHU, <span style=\"color: #090938;\"><a style=\"color: #090938;\" href=\"http:\/\/nutr.ihu.gr\/msc-nd\/kd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">practicing Clinical Nutrition<\/a> <\/span>to specialize my nutritional approach, improving the monitoring of various health problems.<\/p><p>The series of videos of <strong>LearnNutrition<\/strong> with the title \"<em>\u0392\u03b1\u03c3\u03b9\u03ba\u03ad\u03c2 \u0391\u03c1\u03c7\u03ad\u03c2 \u0394\u03b9\u03b1\u03c4\u03c1\u03bf\u03c6\u03ae\u03c2\"<\/em>were part of a contract for the company named: \"Intelligent Media\", and were also posted on popular Greek sites receiving excellent reviews.<\/p><p>This page aims to provide nutritional information concerning health and wellness, focusing on the study of the human microbiome and the human hormonal-endocrine system.<\/p><p>My passion is to write content for LN, blogging, and guest posting on other websites related to my field of study.
