High concentrations of potassium,<\/strong> a mineral that helps regulate the body's water balance. At the same time, fruits are low in sodium. This ratio of specific minerals may successfully remove retained fluids and lead to effective blood pressure regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. They contain 85-97% water.<\/strong> Sufficient fluid intake in our diet is necessary and supportive of the kidney\u2019s work to eliminate excess fluids from our bodies.<em> <\/em>\u03c5\u03b3\u03c1\u03ce\u03bd \u03b1\u03c0\u03cc \u03c4\u03bf \u03c3\u03ce\u03bc\u03b1 \u03bc\u03b1\u03c2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Antioxidants. <\/strong>It has been scientifically proven that the various bioactive compounds in pomegranate extracts (juice) can improve fasting glucose levels and pancreatic \u03b2-cell function, balancing insulin levels in the blood. Similarly, research examining the various antioxidants and bioactive compounds found in different berries (fresh or frozen) reports their ability to improve postprandial insulin responses and balance blood sugar levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choosing fruits for our recipes.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fruits can satisfy our need for sweet taste quickly and healthily while being rich in water, electrolytes, vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We can prepare sweet recipes using fruits, nuts, and whole grains
